This is the picture that is causing a lot of ripples right now, some said it's Rihanna's battered face that he tattooed on his neck but Chris brown's reps are denying it. They said its the tattoo is a combination of a sugar skull, associated with the Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead, and a MAC cosmetics design he saw.
The tattoo artist also spoke out in Chris’s defense, verifying that Chris brought him both the MAC and “sugar skull” picture:
