Breaking News,President of Uganda signs Anti-Homosexual Bill into Law

President of Uganda Museveni has signed the Anti-Gay Bill into Law despite warnings from the President of United States that it will complicate their valued relationship and will mark a step backward for all Ugandans and reflect poorly on the country's commitment to protect the Human Rights of its people,

The Bill states that First time offenders will  be sentenced to Jail for 14 years, while repeat offenders will get life imprisonment,as well as well as acts involving a minor,a disabled person or a partner infected with HIV.

President Museveni initially delayed signing the bill into law when Ugandan parliament passed the bill in December, the President wanted proof to show that Gays are made and not born into their sexuality. Last week, he changed his mind after some team of Ugandan Scientists were able to prove that Homosexuality isn't caused by genetics.
